A firm believer of living a full life, Urvee likes to venture out and get her arms around different things in life. Outside of Genpact, she is the Chapter Lead for Lean In India, a Sheryl Sandberg organization supporting women to achieve their career ambitions. She represented India at Lean In’s Regional Leaders Meet in 2019. A TEDx speaker, Urvee also writes columns for BW Businessworld and Financial Express. She is a Chicago Booth Graduate and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a Master’s degree in E-commerce. A mother to two young girls, she also trains in Pilates. Samir is focused to take the work forward and to help establish and grow the Foundation’s activities and visibility in the United States.
Navneet S. Chugh is the Managing Partner of Chugh, LLP founded in 1985. He is an Attorney and a CPA. He holds an MBA from USC and is a graduate of Senior Executive Leadership Program (SELP) from Harvard University.

Monisha is a strong education professional with a Master’s degree, EE focused in Operations Research from UCLA.
Nicole has dedicated her career to public service and leadership specifically in the realm of K-12 public education policy and management. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy from USC and a Masters degree in Education Policy and Management from Harvard University.
Her passion and dedication to ensuring educational equity for the most underserved and under-resourced communities has influenced projects both domestically and internationally. Early in her career, she worked on the ground-level turning around a government primary school in a small village in Northern India. Subsequently, she worked with two of the largest school districts in the U.S. including Chicago Public Schools focusing on school turnaround initiatives and Los Angeles Unified School District working on the district’s unified enrollment initiative.
Nicole is also on the board of the Pad Project, a non-profit organization focused on cultivating awareness, providing resources for, and empowering women worldwide regarding reproductive health and menstrual care. She has written a children’s book focused on mental health to improve stigmas and help provide young children with early education and tools to understand, identify, and manage mental health struggles from a young age.
Mukesh lives in Fremont, California and currently works as VP of Product Management for Software Next-Gen Firewalls at Palo Alto Networks. He has been living in the Bay Area for 20+ years working for high-tech companies such as Illumio, Juniper Networks, Tropos Networks, and Nokia. He also co-founded LocalCircles, a social media platform for communities, governance, and urban daily life in India. Mukesh always felt that providing education to the underprivileged kids can not only change their entire life but can also change the future trajectory of their entire family. Mukesh was inspired to get involved in Lotus Petal Foundation by Arun who ran 12 marathons in a year to raise money for Lotus Petal in 2016. Both Mukesh and his 15 years old daughter Jiya have been actively helping Lotus Petal Foundation in its mission since then.
Arun lives in Pleasanton, California & works for Cisco Systems. He has spent over two decades trying to learn and improve network telecommunication space. Arun is currently focused on creating innovative solutions for network visibility. He firmly believes, just as in internet space, where there are complex problems with simple solutions, same applies to challenges in our society today, starting with education for the under privilege.
His search for a non-profit that treats children from the underprivileged as he takes care of his family found a destination at Lotus Petal in 2016. He raised funds & awareness for the foundation by running 12 marathons in a year. In his pursuit for giving the children of Lotus Petal more.

Yogesh Kasat has the rare distinction of being named a Fast-track Recognized Solution Architect by Microsoft.Yogesh has led more than 20 full-cycle ERP implementations and upgrade projects, working closely with several CFOs to design solutions for better visibility into inventory levels, costs, and aging, as well as improving collections processes and reducing open accounts receivables. Yogesh has also authored books on Implementing Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. Yogesh loves exploring mountain biking trails and supporting non-profit organizations that focus on potable water & education. His to give back to the community led him to the work of Lotus Petal Foundation & works tirelessly to organize events and gala’s to promote the work of the foundation.

Ravinder is passionate about configuring ERP systems for large enterprises and specializes in executing projects all over the globe with multiple teams at multiple locations.
